Mon petit voyage à Paris - Disney

Well we have returned from our mini break to Paris weary travellers but it was so refreshing having a change of scene after the christmas blues set in.

My daughter's latest toddler obsession is her love for Mickey Mouse and we saw that The Sun newspaper were doing a deal if you collected tokens.

All set, we travelled down to Dover the night before and the next morning we were up at 5.30am to get the ferry to Calais. If you have to get up that early to go to work then I feel your pain, 5.30 is no friend of mine but the excitement and costa coffee hot choc got us through!

If you've never been to Disney Land Paris resort before I strongly recommend it in the low season. It's still quite busy but there are no queues for the rides, bonus!

We stayed at Ranch Davy Crockett and the chalets are great, not to go all estate agent on you but I was amazed how "roomy" they were.

Two bedrooms, one with double bed for the adults then a second bedroom with bunk beds seperated by a kitchen/lounge room. Definitely a much more fun alternative than your usual stay in a hotel.

You even get free breakfast included with your accommodation of lovely croissants and french sticks with gorgeous preserves like Nutella to wash down with tea, coffee hot choc or fruit juices "Yummy Scrummy" as my little one says.
