So Tulisa has recently just gone brunette to blonde what do we think?!
I definitely prefer her as a brunette I think it suits her alot better than the blonde.
I know how she feels though hair is a great way to express yourself and the easiest thing to change when you fancy a new look.
During my 25 years of follicle growth my hair has been through the colour spectrum but I recently opted for a fringe because they look so girly and bo ho.
My hairdresser shaped it around my face which I haven't had before and added some layers and I love it so much, if you can see in the picture my fringe shapes around my eyes which is brilliant for a softer look and not make it such a harsh fringe....
Have you had any (funny now but not at the time) hair disasters, or alternatively is there a hair style you would love to try but haven't quite found the minerals to try out?

Purple Shampoo
One of my all time favourite products that I use on a regular basis is Rusk Sensories Bright Shampoo.
What they claim: Rusk Sensories Bright Shampoo is an effective cleansing shampoo that
instantly revitalises & brightens dull, lifeless, silver/grey or
white hair with translucent brighteners.
At first I was sceptical this would work, who wouldn't be a little scared to put bright purple shampoo on their hair? Saying this I read many reviews about silver and purple shampoos fixing the dreaded brassiness that blonde hair tends to get so I gave this a try. It's brilliant and a total must for blondies! It costs around a tenner for quite a big bottle (400ml) but you only need to use it once a week or when you feel your hair needs a bit of a boost.

French Twist Hair Tutorial
I don't know about you but when my hair is in a ponytail I cant help feeling I look like a 12 year old but when i'm sewing and making things it's so nice to have my hair up out of the way of my face.
Top tip: Spray your hair lightly with water before you begin so your hair is more manageable.
This tutorial will show you an alternative to the regular pony tail and how to do a more grown up elegant, classy looking hair style... the french twist.
Mine was done quickly and is by no means prefect or neat but practice is KEY with this one, if I can do it then you can too.Top tip: Spray your hair lightly with water before you begin so your hair is more manageable.
Firstly you will need tea and nourishment!
Step one gather your hair into a low ponytail at the back of your head then start twisting the ponytail while it's still in the low position.
As you continue to twist the ponytail hair start twisting it upwards along your head as the photo shows below.
Next step is to fold over the pony tail and tuck the ends under into the twist you have just created.
From this...
From this...
....To this
Now start pinning the hair from the bottom of the twist to the top. This is another tutorial that requires a gazillion kirby grips/bobby pins so make sure you get them ready beforehand.
Put your pin in at a 90 degree angle to your head, then fold the pin
over, through the hair along your scalp and secure it back into the
french twist.
Finally lightly comb and hairspray any stray pieces of hair, as i said above practice is key with this and everyone's hair is different so once you have this sussed you can then play around with adapting it to suit your hair best.
Hope this tutorial was helpful, why not give it a try?

Babyliss Waving Wand Review - Amazing
Mr Lilly Belle very generously got me an early Christmas present and I am so thrilled with it I had to write a review immediately!
I saw a you tube video on this curling want but couldn't find any blog reviews so thought I would add my review and pics for other people who might be unsure and wanting to by this.
The curler I have discovered is called Babyliss Waving Wand and I love it!
The temp goes up to 200 degrees and you can choose how hot you want it, another feature I love.
Here are some pics of the look i achieved with the wand, it's a cross between bohemian and mermaid is the best way I can think to describe it but you keep the length!! Hallelujah!
And while we're on the subject of curly hair my daughter Lilly who is 2 has the curliest hair really gorgeous ringlets and we have no idea where they come from as i have naturally straight hair and so does her daddy.
We think it might be my mum as she had curly hair as a baby so now we can be matching lol.
