Eeeeek I have been eagerly awaiting the exposure of A list Oscar attending celebs in their daaaaaahling well look at you dresses!

Nudes, white and gold seemed to be the colours of the evening and hogging the spotlight this year my favourite contenders were....

Top of the list without a doubt one of my fav fashionistas, Louise Roe. This gown with matching blazer is breathlessly beautiful, feminine and chic!

My Ultimate Fav Celeb Couple

My ultimate favourite celebrity couple is Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin for the obvious reason that they have stayed married when most Hollywood romances fizzle out as quick as the spark has been ignited. 

Gwyneth and Chris have regularly been snapped looking very ordinary on family jaunts in the park and walking together gazing lovingly hand in hand. In every picture it is so clear how much they love each other and I think they are great role models. Kids names aside (Apple & Moses) yeah I know can't quite get my head around that either either they are the cutest family!
 Another factor I love about this celeb couple is they keep everything totally private. Chris Martin said that one of the main reasons they keep their relationship private is so that his music has credability
As Gwyneth said in an interview...
 'He makes music for his fans, and he doesn't want people to conjure a lame famous couple when they're getting into his music,' 'I get it.'

When asked about his wife he always gushes over her comparing being married to the oscar star actress to winning the lottery, everyone say awwwww!

Vicar Of Dieting!

Jeeeeeeez LOUISE! Where's Dawn French gone?! 

This picture shows a before and after having dramatically lost a huge 8 stone in weight!

 

To think most people put on weight at Christmas I couldn't believe it when I saw these pictures of the lovely beautiful Dawn French. Dawn is a comedienne known for having a fuller figure but I could never picture her any other way. In fact Dawn has always been my main example when saying some people suit being bigger, this doesn't really apply anymore.

 In the picture below she is almost unrecognisable but i've got to admit I never thought she would suit being smaller but she looks as gorgeous as ever!
As usual under the harsh scrutiny of the public eye celebrities can never do anything right. Dawn has already had accusations made about her that it was a gastric band or surgery that's resulted in all the weight loss. Nevertheless undeterred she has argued that it was purely down to exercise and healthy eating.

Quite frankly it's no ones business wether Dawn has had surgery or not

but total hats off to Dawn for loosing all that weight if she did it for the right reasons and it's made her a happier person. 

It just goes to show that if you want something bad enough anything is possible.

One of my favourite sayings is, "Don't tell me skies the limit when there's footprints on the moon".

Victoria Beckham - Harvey Nics

Victoria Beckham has just launched her new fashion line at Harvey Nichols called wait for it.... "Victoria" hmmm. I wonder how long it took them to think of the name probably all of one minute.

Don't get me wrong I really like Victoria Beckham but I can't help feeling disheartened at this line. Especially as she is known for being a stylish fashionista i expected this to be apparent in her own designs.

The idea behind this line was to create some simple shift dresses that are a bit more fun.

Unfortunately, the dresses don't really appeal to me, the colour (or lack of) seems a bit unimaginative and the styles don't even look very flattering on the mannequins. For £395 I would be expecting alot more that's for sure!

I have just scoured her full range of dresses and that's 5 minutes of my life i'll never get back. I wanted to find one dress that I liked, just one!

Most of them are very plain and the ones with a bit more design to them look like pyjamas.

Amelia Lily Leopard Fur Ears Headband

Love it or hate it you've got to admit X Factor contestant Amelia Lily's leopard print fur ear headband is causing a bit of a stir here in the UK. 

People are going crazy for it and on the otherhand it's also driving people crazy. Personally i think it's cute and fun and shows she doesn't take herself seriously, i think people also forget the fact that she's only 17 i dread to think what I was wearing at 17 lol.

I decided I would make a version of this ever popular headband and it's so snuggly to wear in the cold that it's definitely a winner from me.
